Vardivo is the brand name used for this service. The service uses software to automatically process photos uploaded by users and generate digital AI images. We do not provide human photography services, operate a goods marketplace, or sell physical products.

Users must provide truthful and accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and remain responsible for activity under their accounts. If you discover unauthorized use, please contact us through the Feedback / Contact.

Purchased credits are prepaid digital service credits and may only be used for AI image generation according to the rules published on the website. Different templates may require different amounts of credits. Credits are reserved when a generation task is created, confirmed as used after successful generation, and handled under the applicable failure rules if generation fails.

AI generation involves inherent variation. We do not guarantee that every result will fully match a user's subjective expectations regarding appearance, composition, or style. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Users must own the necessary rights to uploaded photos and related content, or have obtained clear and lawful authorization from the people depicted, copyright holders, and any other required rights holders.

You may not upload, request generation of, or use the following content:

• Unauthorized images of third parties, impersonation, or secretly captured private content;
• Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, misleading content, or content intended to evade legal responsibility;
• Pornographic or exploitative content, especially any sexualized content involving minors;
• Hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, violent, or harm-promoting content;
• Any other content that violates applicable law, the rights of others, or platform safety rules.

For prohibited or high-risk content, we may refuse generation, restrict an account, remove or hide related content, or terminate access to the service.

Before publishing, distributing, commercially using, or providing generated results to third parties, users are responsible for confirming their legality, accuracy, necessary rights and permissions, and suitability for the intended use. Generated results must not be used for deception, impersonation, privacy violations, or other unlawful purposes.

The service depends on cloud hosting, databases, object storage, network infrastructure, and third-party AI providers. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, rate limits, or changes made by third parties. We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every request will succeed.

Paid services are offered through the website checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on region, device, payment account, or payment provider.

Payments may be processed by an independent third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record.

The applicable provider may handle payment processing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, currency conversion, and related compliance matters, and its own terms and privacy policy may apply. Specific payment methods or payment providers may be changed, suspended, or replaced from time to time.

The website software, interface, branding, template arrangements, text, and other platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited permission necessary to use the service normally, users may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or otherwise use such content without authorization.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vardivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, or for losses resulting from a user's unauthorized uploading, publishing, or use of content. Any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
